General support
Contact us for help using RungMap, reporting a technical problem, or understanding an account feature. Please do not email passwords, full payment-card details, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Billing, cancellation, and refund requests
Use the online billing controls in Account Settings to manage or cancel a subscription. For a billing question, cancellation problem, or refund request, email support and describe the charge or issue.
Accessibility
If a disability or access need makes RungMap difficult to use, tell us what page or task is affected and what assistance would help. We welcome accessibility feedback.
Privacy and account deletion
Send privacy questions, information requests, corrections, or an account deletion request to support. We may need to verify that you control the account before completing a request.
